I am a Clinical Psychotherapist, Supervisor and EMDR Europe Consultant, working with adults since 2010. I am an integrative psychotherapist which means I am trained in many different modalities, however, I have a strong focus on EMDR. I specialise in treating mental health conditions related to trauma, working both in person and online. I am passionate about helping people to break free from their past trauma and to live more fulfilling lives. I provide group and one to one EMDR Consultation online to therapists throughout Ireland. Supporting other therapist on their EMDR journey is a hugely rewarding aspect of my work.
